The events organized by the FRIZO Academy have a workshop dimension. The nature of the meetings is elite and dedicated to up to a dozen people. A small number of participants is to give the possibility of an individualized approach in order not to generate a chaotic atmosphere in the discussion areas and to guarantee the transfer of knowledge in an effective formula. The content and thematic blocks discussed during the workshop are the essence of specialist knowledge in the field of refrigeration. In addition to the lecture, during the workshops, we work on a „living organism”, using the facilities in the form of our own production plant and technology park located in Miszewko near Gdańsk.
ZThe assumption of the training is to supplement, expand knowledge and improve skills in the field of: compliance with safety standards in ammonia refrigeration, benefits resulting from the use of modern technical and organizational solutions in ammonia refrigeration, compliance with the requirements and procedures applicable during the operation of devices that affect reliability, costs, extension of work ammonia refrigeration installations.
